Elite Season Prep · Optional Tracks

Add a specialization.
Come home season-ready.

This summer, the UK trip carries two optional performance tracks. Elite Season Prep: Football and Elite Season Prep: Jiu-Jitsu. Two weeks in Bath, 1 to 14 July, running alongside the full trip programme. Built for committed athletes aged 14 to 18 who want to return physically, mentally, and technically ready for the season ahead.

This is not a holiday camp. Each track is a focused, selective performance programme. Capped at ten athletes. Entry by selection upon application.

The Four Pillars

01

Strength and Conditioning

A professional strength and conditioning programme built at elite level. Build the engine. Build the resilience. Build the athletic base the season demands.

02

Mental Performance

Confidence under pressure. Focus that holds. Recovery from mistakes. Built around the real psychological demands of competing in the UAE.

03

Technical Development

Football track: individual technical work and tactical study to sharpen execution and game understanding through focused analysis. Jiu-Jitsu track: technique and game building, focused drilling, live rounds, and review to build the A-game you trust under pressure.

04

Individualised Training

No two athletes leave with the same programme. Day one is a full assessment: physical, technical, mental. Everything after is built for you.

The Two-Week Rhythm

01

Day One

Full assessment: physical, technical, mental. Your individual programme is built from it.

02

Days 2 to 14

A calibrated daily rhythm of strength and conditioning, technical work, and mental performance training.

03

Weekly 5 + 2

Five days of training, recovery, and learning on campus. Two excursion days to London and Brighton.
