Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when a family registers for a Kidsology program, trip, or camp.
Bookings
Bookings for trips and camps are confirmed when a parent or guardian submits the registration form, completes the required uploads (including passport for residential trips), and the refundable deposit is received. Booking a child into a Kidsology program is the parent's confirmation that the information provided is accurate.
Deposit and refunds
The deposit for the UK Summer Development Camp is refundable until 60 days before departure. Once inside the 60-day window, the deposit becomes non-refundable except in cases of documented medical reasons or visa refusal. Final balances are due on the dates communicated to families during the registration process.
Supervision and safeguarding
Children participating in Kidsology trips are supervised 24/7 by the Kidsology team and trained chaperones. Groups are split by age. Parents receive daily communication and have access to a private parent group throughout the trip. Health, dietary, and emergency protocols are documented and shared in advance.
Cancellation by Kidsology
In the unlikely event Kidsology has to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond its control, families receive a full refund of all amounts paid for that trip. Kidsology is not liable for incidental costs incurred by families (such as visa fees) in such cases.
Conduct
Children attending Kidsology programs are expected to follow the safety and behavioural guidelines communicated in advance. Kidsology reserves the right to send a child home at the family's cost in the rare event behaviour endangers other children or staff.
