Mental skills, trained the same way physical skills are trained.
Book a Discovery CallThe Performance Mindset Program is a mental skills development pathway for young athletes in Dubai aged 5 to 18. Confidence, focus, discipline, pressure handling, and recovery from setbacks, trained the same way physical skills are trained: with method, with repetition, and with measurement. It sits inside Kidsology's wider mission of learning beyond the classroom: skills the athlete keeps for life, not just for the next match.
The work is designed by a qualified psychologist (Anna Podgornaya, BA and MA in Psychology, UAE National Volleyball Champion) and delivered by coaches who train alongside the children every week. Parents receive written progress reports after each cycle.
For athletes aged 5 to 18 who train hard but lose games in their head. Nerves before matches. Fear of mistakes. Confidence that disappears after one bad game. Identity tied entirely to the last result. If that describes your child, this program was built for them. We work across football, tennis, swimming, jiu-jitsu, volleyball, athletics, and any sport that asks a young person to perform under pressure.

What happened in the last training week, last game, last conversation with the coach. Scored, not just talked.
One mental skill, taught the way a coach teaches a technical drill: demo, rep, correct, rep, correct, rep.
Built into one upcoming training session or match. We tell the athlete (and the parent) exactly what to look for.
What happened, what worked, what did not. Written, then talked. Reviewed at the next check-in.
Delivered exclusively as team programs embedded inside sports academies. It is the same training Kidsology already runs inside PSG Academy Dubai and Esperia Volleyball Academy. A psychologist designs the methods, coaches deliver them inside the academy's own training week, and parents receive written progress reports after each cycle. Team programs are priced per cohort. The first conversation is a free 15-minute discovery call.
I have coached for over a decade. The change in the kids who train with Kidsology is real. They show up. They listen. They keep going when the rest of the squad has dropped off.
