KIDSOLOGY, I Rise Tower, Office 19C06, Dubai, UAE
- Effective date
- 27 October 2026
- Version
- 1.0
- Issued by
- Kidsology
- Applies to
- kidsology.ae in English, Arabic and Russian
1Who we are
- 1.1
Kidsology is a youth development company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed in Dubai Mainland and KHDA-approved. Kidsology is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy.
- 1.2
This Policy explains what information the website kidsology.ae collects, in English, Arabic and Russian, why, where it is kept, who processes it, and how you can ask about it.
2Information you give us
- 2.1
Enquiry forms. When you contact us through the website, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, your child's age, and your message. Schools, academies and partners also give their organisation, role and website.
- 2.2
Registrations. When you register interest in a trip, a camp, a programme or Give & Learn, or reserve a place, we receive the details on that form: the parent's or guardian's name and contact details, the participant's name and age, the programme or trip chosen, and any note you add.
- 2.3
Kido chat. When you ask Kido, the chat assistant on the site, a question, we receive the text of your messages. Please do not type personal details about a child into the chat; the enquiry form is the right place for them.
- 2.4
Children. The website is written for parents, guardians and schools. We ask adults, not children, to fill in forms about a child, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13 through the website.
- 2.5
Instagram comments and messages. When you comment on posts, or send a direct message, to the Instagram accounts of Kidsology or its founder Rasmi Bani Hani (@rasmibanihani), we use Meta's Instagram API to read and answer them. We see your Instagram username, your comment or message and when you sent it. If you join a series by commenting (for example the Shareholders series), we keep your username and the number we gave you so we can list it. We do not sell this information or use it for anything else.
3Information collected automatically
- 3.1
Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics (through Firebase) to count visits and see which pages are read, which links and buttons are clicked, how far pages are scrolled, which forms are sent, on what kind of device and from roughly where. Google sets cookies for this (for example _ga). The data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you. How Google uses this information is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- 3.2
Advertising measurement. The site carries Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel, so that Kidsology can see whether its advertising on Google, Facebook and Instagram leads to visits, enquiries and registrations, and so that it can show its advertisements again to people who have visited the site. Google and Meta set cookies for this (for example _gcl_au and _fbp). Their own privacy policies apply to what they do with it.
- 3.3
Kido. The chat keeps a random session identifier in your browser for the length of your visit, so that the conversation holds together and so that we can limit how many messages one session may send. It contains nothing about you.
- 3.4
Reviews. The reviews section on the home page loads Kidsology's Google reviews through a widget (Featurable). The widget's own scripts and the Google content it shows come from those providers.
- 3.5
Site usage recordings. The site uses Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use its pages: where they click, how far they scroll, and anonymised replays of visits. Text typed into forms and the chat is masked and is not recorded. Microsoft sets cookies for this (for example _clck). Microsoft's privacy statement applies.
4How we use the information
- 4.1
To answer your enquiry, to register and organise the trip, camp, programme or Give & Learn place you asked for, and to send you the information you requested.
- 4.2
To understand how the website is used and whether our advertising works, so that we can improve both.
- 4.3
To keep the website and the Kido chat working safely, including limits on how many messages a session may send.
- 4.4
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed in section 5, who process it for us.
5Where the information is kept and who processes it
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Google Cloud) | Hosts the website, stores form entries and registrations in its database, runs the Kido server function, and provides Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. Google Cloud data centres may be outside the UAE. |
| Meta Platforms | The Meta Pixel for advertising measurement (section 3.2), and WhatsApp when you choose to message us there. |
| Anthropic | Kido's answers are generated by Anthropic's Claude model. The text of your chat messages is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the reply. |
| n8n (automation) | Routes Give & Learn registrations to the Kidsology team. |
| Featurable | Shows Kidsology's Google reviews on the home page (section 3.4). |
| Microsoft | Microsoft Clarity for site usage recordings (section 3.5). |
6How long we keep it
- 6.1
We keep enquiries and registrations for as long as we need them to organise the programme or trip and to keep our records of it, and at most 2 years after your last contact with us, and then delete them.
- 6.2
Analytics and advertising data are kept by Google and Meta for the periods set in their own policies.
7Your rights
- 7.1
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it.
- 7.2
Write to info@kidsology.ae from the email address you gave us. We answer within 30 days.
- 7.3
Data deletion. To delete your information, including anything we received through Instagram, email info@kidsology.ae or send a direct message saying "delete my data" to the Instagram account you contacted. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
8Cookies and how to control them
- 8.1
The cookies on kidsology.ae are set by Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity (section 3). The website works fully without them.
- 8.2
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics, turn off personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com, and manage advertising measurement in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
9Security
- 9.1
The website is served over HTTPS. Form entries and registrations are stored in a database that only the Kidsology team can read, protected by access rules. Kido's server keeps no record of your conversation beyond the limits in section 3.3.
10Changes to this Policy
- 10.1
When this Policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its effective date. The date at the top always shows the version in force.
