What we collect

When you book a discovery call, register interest in a trip, pay a refundable deposit, or enquire through any form on this site, Kidsology collects the information you provide. This includes parent and child names, ages, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, notes, and uploaded copies of travel documents such as passports.

How we use it

Kidsology uses this information to organise programs, trips, and camps that your child has registered for; to support visa applications where relevant; to communicate with parents about logistics, payments, and safeguarding; and to keep families informed about their child's experience while in our care. We do not sell information to third parties.

How we store it

Family information is stored in secured infrastructure operated by Firebase (Google Cloud) and is accessible only to the Kidsology operational team. Passport scans uploaded for trip registration are stored with content-type and size validation and are not publicly accessible.

Your rights

Families can ask Kidsology to amend or delete information about them at any time by emailing info@kidsology.ae. Requests are actioned within 14 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages parents find useful. No personally identifying information is sent to analytics. You can disable analytics in your browser settings.
